every girl has said, “my hair looks the best after a day at the beach.” so, i decided to help all my readers recreate this look at home with a diy sea salt spray.

i researched and found that most diy sea salt sprays are basically the same, so here is the most common mixture. all ingredients can be found inexpensively at your local grocery store.

buy these:
coconut oil (can be replaced with coconut-scented hair conditioner)
sea salt
hair gel
rubbing alcohol or vodka (totally optional)
spray bottle

simply combine a cup of warm water (the heat will help dissolve all these fun ingredients), 2-3 tablespoons of coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of sea salt (use more or less depending on how dry your hair is), 1 tablespoon of hair gel (to help set it), and shake it up! if the ingredients aren’t mixing well, pop it in the microwave…
